A two-story addition was planned on top of the existing building of about 20 x 25 m floor area. The existing building - an approximately 30-year-old object with a flat roof consisted of reinforced concrete columns in a grid of and 3 x 5 m and glulam beams placed above.
The tithe barn was one of the oldest preserved buildings in the city of Thun. After a fire in 1999, it had to be renovated in cooperation with the preservation of historical monuments of the canton of Bern.
In the swimming pool "Wolfi" in Winterthur the kiosk building was replaced by a new, modern building . Timbatec planned the floor slab, retaining wall, timber construction and fire protection measures.
