Staff handover at Timbatec at the turn of the year

Timbatec wishes everyone happy holidays and a good start to the new year! We are also reducing operations from December 21, 2018 and will then be back for you on January 07, 2019. At the turn of the year Stefan Zöllig hands over the chairmanship of the management to Andreas Burgherr.
We have important changes at the turn of the year changes that we would like to share with you. More than 20 years ago Timbatec was was founded by Stefan Zöllig as a sole proprietorship in Steffisburg. Since then the Since then, the company has grown strongly and opened new locations in Thun, Bern, Zurich and Vienna. Thanks to successful business activities and the strong growth, Timbatec was was transformed into a GmbH (limited liability company) in 2006 and into a AG (public limited company) in 2013. Lukas Rüegsegger and Andreas Burgherr were added to the management team as branch office managers.
At Timbatec Holzbauingenieure Schweiz AG, modern products and technologies have been modern products and technologies since the very beginning. One of them is so promising that it was spun off into a separate company in 2014: The Timber Structures 3.0 technology.
As of 01.01.2019, Stefan Zöllig will increasingly focus on focus on TS3 AG and the market launch of the revolutionary timber construction technology. Andreas Burgherr will be the new chairman of the management board of Timbatec Holzbauingenieure Schweiz AG. Stefan Zöllig remains a member of the member of the management.
